CPA Consulting Group held their 3rd annual Wine and Cheese Sampling on November 8, 2007 once again featuring art of new and acclaimed local artists. Those featured this year were Alice Shepherd (a cpacg team member), Edie Maney (www.ediemaneyart.com) and Trish Tallon-Blanchard (www.artsnashville.com). Attendees were greeted by Diane with a "passport" directing the tour to each cpacg office representing a country with its select wine & cheese pairing. Wine selections were made with the professional assistance of Cheers Wine & Liquor in Lebanon, Tennessee. Each station included an amazing arrangement of flowers from Fresh by CarryAnn (www.freshnashville.com.) Favorite countries were: Italy, England and Switzerland. The top wines were Allegor Moscato and Cuvee de Pena. The tour concluded in the Tennessee Room with desserts from Colts Chocolates (www.coltschocolates.com), Nashville Toffee (www.nashvilletoffeecompany.com) and a variety of flavors in the WhatNutz selection of caramelized pecans and poppy cock from Dianz (website coming soon.) A great time was had by all with endless requests to continue our tradition again next year.
